Breast Augmentation? Im thinking of getting a boob job but I am a little worried. I do not want big boobs just want to HAVE breasts. They said that while doctors often make the breast implant if you just want to move from an A to a B. Im a very small and I think it goes to a C to make it look a bit bigger, since I have so little ones are going to look fake. By this I mean that people who already have boobs and get breast implants tend to look more natural because they have cleavage like Jenny McCarthy.
